The Kabal met Wednesday evening August 10 at Burchfields, the meeting being one postponed from the proceeding Sunday. There was a complete attendance, the exception of Loren Morlan. A new member was introduced an accepted, Joe Burchfield.
The next action taken with the election of officers. After some delay the following officers were chosen; President Wm Kirst; Secretary Charles Burchfield; Treasurer Norman Meyer.
The matter of laws was then introduced and the following essential laws were suggested by the different members and accepted: Law No. I. The number of members shall be limited to 8.
