Dear Paul:

 

This is to remind you of what we need and to set up a time table for organizing the rest of your exhibition:

June 30- (Now past due)

                All catalogue information, interview, your biographical and cinematography, exact titles                                and measurements

               

                To date we have in hand only Rosalind Kraus’ essay complete—but not corrected by                                      you. (We have corrected all errors of form and grammar).


July 23- All technical information for Albright-Knox Art Gallery preparators and installers.

                                i.e. specifications for wall partition [1], four projector pedestals [2], shelves for                                                       speaker system, weight of frozen film frames and their method of hanging.

                Framing, label and sign information.

                For purposes of mailing and calendar publication, names of 3 speakers in conjunction                                     with the exhibition, the titles of their lectures and equipment, they will need—slide projectors,                 film projectors, etc.

                Titles of your film selections for each of the 4 evenings of screening so that we may arrange a                 schedule for the A-KAG auditorium.

               

                To date we have only a tentative selection of speakers, with no dates or specific topics arranged.
