Three WNY Holocaust survivors will speak during the run of Anne Frank: A History for Today. Sofia Veffer, whose story mirrors that of Anne Frank in many ways, will speak at 10 am on September 17. Marianne Goldstein, who escaped with her grandparents from Nazi Germany in 1936, will speak at 10 am on September 18. And Sol Messinger, a survivor of the “Voyage of the Damned” on the St. Louis, a passenger boat, will speak at noon September 25.
All programs are free with gallery admission. Burchfield Penney members and Buffalo State students, faculty and staff receive free admission to the Center.
