Marc Moscato is an artist, curator, and activist who was born in Buffalo, N.Y. and is based in Portland, Oregon. His short films and videos have screened at film festivals, theaters and non-traditional spaces across the country, including the New York Underground Film Festival, Chicago Underground Film Festival, Video Mundi Festival, and many more. [1] He is the executive director of Know Your City, an organization specializing in tours exploring unique aspects of Portland’s culture and history. In 2009 he co-curated (with Julie Perini and David Gracon) Tuff Stuff from the Buff, a program of film and video by Buffalo artists.
