The stump picture – The stump burning reds & hot yellows & browns in hot August sunshine – The brown burnt pasture grass in foreground put in with a few sweeping strokes –

The cows a pattern of black and white spots –

Beyond the vast mystical north sky of August – (purple blue) into odd shaped clouds floating lazily –
Add lichens of last summer’s sketch
