Watercolor artists often work in isolation, creating beautiful and distinguish works of art. Artists interested in connecting with other artists using the watercolor medium and taking part in an open specialized conversation about the art of watercolor, please join Douglas Schultz in the Watercolor Masters Critique.
Douglas Schultz retired from the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in 2003 after holding various curatorial positions for ten years and then the Gallery Directorship for his last twenty years. Mr. Schultz’s great love of and interests in the watercolor medium started when he was an art student in college. During his career he was a juror for more than thirty exhibitions that included watercolor. Since retiring, he has traveled extensively, often with his watercolor box in hand.
Please bring your watercolor artwork for critique.
