Dr. Henriques teaches music theory and composition at Buffalo State College. He is also the director of the minor in Digital Music production and the director of the newly formed Digital Music Ensemble. Since 2009 he has been a research fellow at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, working in the area of real time interactive music composition and more recently in the cognitive relationships between the visual and auditory domains. At this event, he will demonstrate his new instruments in celebration of the opening of Harald Bode: Tone Color-Known & Unknown Sounds.
