A dream last night:
Bertha & I were in a barn, looking through a big open door. Outside in the yard two great shaggy beasts, like oversized llamas were running around. Bertha called them camels and urged me to help her catch one as, as she said, she had always wanted to “kiss a camel.” (Later when I told this at the table it produced a gale of laughter) But hardly had we gone outside, when the beasts turned to centaurs (not those of ancient legend, but actual men fastened in some way to horses). It seemed as if one of them was intent upon abducting Bertha, and his bestial face horrified me. I awoke at this point.
