The 10: The Tins, Burchfield Penney, Horsefeathers Market in The Buffalo News
Friday, November 6, 2015
It's been a good week of events already, highlighted by the unbelievably well-attended grain elevator illumination (sees Marcus Foligno, stops breathing), the grand-opening of Sonic Drive-In and the annual Buffalo Without Borders, but that doesn't mean the weekend will be sad and awkward. Here is The 10, without spookiness levels this time because Halloween is thankfully over for another 350+ days.
2) Three Burchfield Penney exhibitions: "Art in Craft Media," "John E. Brent" and "Historical Survey of Women Artists," 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 6 and 7; 1 to 5 p.m. Nov. 8 at 1300 Elmwood Ave. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and $5 for students. Buffalo State College students, and children 10 and under, get in for free.
