Artists in Buffalo Holiday Open Studios and Galleries Comes to the Burchfield Penney
Elska Performs on Saturday, December 8 at 11am
A blend of theatre, storytelling and musical performance, Elska whisks away children and families on a musical tour of her Arctic home and introduces them to the island’s wonderful inhabitants. M&T Second Friday at the Burchfield Penney
December M&T Second Friday includes free gallery admission from 4-8pm. Don't miss more than 10 exhibitions on view at the Center including McCallum Tarry: Intersections, Spain: Rock, Roll, Rumbles, Rebels and Revolution, Charles Burchfield: In His Own Words and Well Crafted. For the first time ever at the Burchfield Penney, a public tour for guests who are sight impaired will be offered at 4pm. Also on December 14, enjoy a Holiday Happy Hour from 5:30-7:30pm with live music by student performers from the Buffalo State College Music Department under the direction of Rick Fleming, Museum Store Open House and a Holiday Card Calligraphy Workshop.
