    The Burchfield Penney is closed in celebration of New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

    M&T Second Fridays*
    On the Second Friday of every month, the Burchfield Penney's galleries are open until 8 pm, with special events, tours, workshops and more!  General admission to the Center is free to members from 4 — 8 pm, and a suggested donation for "not yet" members. Admission fees may apply for special programs. Burchfield Penney members receive free or discounted admissions on programs.     For deliveries, contact (716) 878-4507. All deliveries and shipments are delivered through the security entrance located at the South corner of the museum, to the right of the loading dock.

    Emergency Closings

    The Burchfield Penney Art Center is located on SUNY Buffalo State campus and follows the college in the event of an emergency closing. To find out if the museum has closed due to an emergency situation, please access:
