Roberto Muffoletto is the founder and first director of The Center for Exploratory and Perceptual Arts (CEPA) in Buffalo, New York. A nephew of Joe Orffeo, Dr. Muffoletto has been an international educator on campuses here and abroad, and in online formats. His current positions in the College of Education at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina is Associate Professor of Educational Technology and Media Studies and Coordinator for the Educational Media Graduate Online Program in New Media and Global Education.
