Flatsitter

cirrus is a track on {appear:up:here}, Flatsitter's debut EP that includes an interactive web experience for users and the option to receive a 5.1 surround sound version delivered on a USB drive. The album, recorded in October 2014 at the Institute of Electronic Arts, can be described as a series of electronic meditations comprised of layered vocals, wafting guitar, and tonal formations generated from an analog synthesizer. The interactive experience, available on Flatsitter’s website, (http://appear.flatsitter.com/), envelopes users in dreamlike environments that reflect the titles of each track, named after cloud formations.
