Zach Anner, a comedian, TV show host, fitness instructor, and writer now resident in Austin, TX, was born and grew up in Buffalo. His new book, If at Birth You Don’t Succeed, is a funny, irreverent, inspirational and heartfelt memoir about finding your passion and your path, even when it’s paved with misadventure, and shaped by having been born with cerebral palsy.
Zach Anner returns to the city of his birth to celebrate publication of his memoir with a performance and conversation in the beautiful auditorium of the Burchfield Penney Art Center. There is no admission charge, though it is hoped attendees will be so taken by the author and his presentation, his engaging wit and frank humor, that they will eagerly purchase a copy of the book, which will be available at the event.
Join Talking Leaves, Just Buffalo Literary Center, the Burchfield Penney Art Center, and Zach’s family and friends in welcoming him home.
