The Sylvia L. Rosen Endowment for Fine Art in Craft Media makes possible a biennial, juried exhibition that features the best craft art in Western New York. The guest curator for 2002 was Kenneth Trapp, Curator-in-Charge of the Renwick Gallery, Smithsonian Institution. He selected work by Elissa Armstrong, Jozef Bajus, Dianne Baker, Nancy Belfer, Marvin Bjurlin, Tom Bojanowski, Chih-Wen Chiu, Yeo-Jung Chung, Brett A. Coppins, Julia Duax-Skop, Douglas R. Francis, Irwin M. Franco, Ursula Hargens, Paul R. Harp, Jeremy Hatch, Rosemary Hill, Richard Hirsch, Suzanne Gray Hofmeister, Bryan Hopkins, Yi-Chia Huang, Dianne Hull, Erin Jackson, Richard P. Kegler, Paul Knoblauch, Hye-Jeong Ko, Jeffrey Michael Lanfear, Max L. Lenderman, Mary Virginia Lohr, Scott Losi, Stephen Merritt, Barbara J. Murak, Taeyoul Ryu, Matthew SaGurney, Stephen Saracino, Ann Marie Perry Smith, Gerald Grantham Smith III, Linda Sormin, Thomas Stender, Bill Stewart, Carol Townsend, Nancy Valle, Zachary Wickham, and Robert L.
