Very warm – 80° at early afternoon – Then a strong wind began to blow, and the temperature rapidly went down.

PM in studio studying various pictures – “March Wind in the Woods”, “March Wind over the Village” – “The Four Seasons”, and song of the Meadow- lark” and “Easter Sunrise in the Woods” – I am mentally ready to work on all these, but not physically – It is hard to be held back.

In the evening Hank and the three children in for a few moments Hank had gotten a new part for our small percolator, and installed it.
