A.M. working on the Locust Blossoms & Abandoned Farm House (1950) –
P.M. – B & I for drive in country in search of rocks for her garden – A fresh sunny day – Out thru West Falls – up to Pipe Creek, (where we got a few stones) & then Eastward to Center St – South to Partridge & West – on Partridge stop and get a pink mallow – tiny forget–me–nots and “Bedstraw” – Two Swallow-tails fighting – we watched a long distance out of sight.
South on 240 – road and creek meet [tangentially] and there are thousands of rocks. A pleasant time hunting for especially beautiful ones –
