Due to COVID-19, the Burchfield Penney will be open to the public on Friday - Sunday each week, from 11 AM - 4 PM for the general public. From 10 AM - 11 AM, the museum will only be open to members, seniors, and those who are at increased risk.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Burchfield Penney will continue to celebrate our exhibitions on Second Fridays thanks to the generous support of M&T Bank. For deliveries, contact (716) 878-4507. All deliveries and shipments are delivered through the security entrance located at the South corner of the museum, to the right of the loading dock.

The Burchfield Penney Art Center is located on SUNY Buffalo State campus and follows the college in the event of an emergency closing. To find out if the museum has closed due to an emergency situation, please access:
